Happy Place

1.) Read a book

2.) Take a relaxing bath with candles and dim lights

3.) Take a walk

4.) Meditate

5.) Take deep breaths

6.) After showering take a cold shower for 1 minute then meditate for 10 minutes

7.) Go on a picnic

8.) Do nothing

9.) Limit/Remove yourself from toxic relationships no matter who the person may be

10.) Be yourself unapologetically
