Toxic Elimination

Hello all. Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to read my blog. I want to encourage any one who is dealing with any toxic behavior of any kind from any one to limit contact or silently cut them off! Whether it be a parent, family member(s), spouse, lover, child or co-worker to wok on limiting contact with the person or people who are not treating you with the dignity or respect you deserve. This may look like the people or person excluding you on purpose from activities, parties, or leaving you out of the loop of communication all together. Not being happy for your accomplishments, complimenting you, making you listen to their problems but never yours. Over time, these things can effect your well being and cause detrimental harm to your psyche. I urge anyone who is dealing with this to realize you are being presented with examples of a person toxic character and it needs to be taken note of. Everyone does not mean you well or they are making you feel as though you are less than and not good enough to be on this earth or in their presence.

Take the time to address your mental health. Its important to take care of yourself in all facets and make sure you live a long healthy life. Taking care of you should look like you taking time to heal from people who are expecting from you what they are not giving in return yet expecting. This can be mentally, emotionally, and physically draining on anyone. Just think if you give all of yourself to people who are not appreciative or reciprocating can have damaging effects on you doing everything.

I want to suggest to the masses to take care of your mental health as you would your physical, oral, or optical health. Its important to address things when they arise or they will end up addressing you in the future. Let your mental hygiene be so clean it can be smelled from around the corner and influences others to clean theirs up.
