Love Thyself

1.) Make yourself happy

2.) Put yourself first

3.) Take time to tell yourself I love you for who you are

4.) Don’t second guess your gut reaction, instinct, or first mind

5.) Take a mental health day once a month

6.) Stop caring so much and let it be

7.) Do something that makes you happy

8.) Treat yourself to a fancy dinner

9.) Take a day and only worry about yourself and slowly increase

10.) Say no to people for your sanity in the long run (Create that boundary)
