Pamper Thyself

1.) Take time off to relax and renew yourself

2.) Enjoy a nice bubble bath

3.) Take a walk in the park

4.) Take a vacation

5.) Get a massage monthly

6.) Take yourself out on a dinner date and to a movie

7.) Give yourself permission to make mistakes a have plenty of understanding and grace for yourself.

8.) Say no to doing favors for people. No is a complete sentence.

9.) Plan a stay-cation at an area hotel.

10.) Repeat steps 1-9.

I have not been posting lately but Im back. Thats what matters. As always thanks for reading my page. I wish everyone well with their mental health. Remember: you are the designer of your mental health.
