1.) Take a break if you need to. Dont ignore your mental health.

2.) Have an emergency fund.

3.) Take a 5 minute walk.

4.) Take yourself on a date.

5.) Cook yourself dinner.

6.) Say no, if you don’t really want to do something.

7.) Focus on your needs.

8.) Don’t allow anyone to make you feel guilty about who you are.

9.) Be kind to yourself.

10.) Have the courage/faith to walk away if the relationship/ job doesn’t serve you.

Pamper Thyself

1.) Take time off to relax and renew yourself

2.) Enjoy a nice bubble bath

3.) Take a walk in the park

4.) Take a vacation

5.) Get a massage monthly

6.) Take yourself out on a dinner date and to a movie

7.) Give yourself permission to make mistakes a have plenty of understanding and grace for yourself.

8.) Say no to doing favors for people. No is a complete sentence.

9.) Plan a stay-cation at an area hotel.

10.) Repeat steps 1-9.

Full Throttle

Go hard for yourself and don’t let anyone stop you. There may be some road blocks along the way, but do your best to navigate through them and keep it pushing. No one said it would be easy. You must remember that pressure makes diamonds.

Going full throttle will allow for things to happen, but it will not slow you down. You’ve got to pick yourself up and keep going.

Make yourself a priority and do not for any reason put yourself on the back burner because you are the most important thing. As always I want to thank the people for stopping by to read my page.
