Blessings On Blessings

Being grateful and taking the time to appreciate the blessings that have been given to us is important to practice. Having and attitude of gratitude allows a person to appreciate the small things in life. It creates room for us to make space for the bigger blessings and receive the blessings we need and do not ask for. As long as we are being appreciative for the fact we woke up this morning and have breath in our bodies is an excellent way to have appreciation for the little things we take for granted. We wake up and expect our breath to be in our body when we may not take the time to appreciate it being there.

Blessings come in all shapes and sizes. Being grateful for having a roof over your head is a awesome blessing to thank the universe for. Witnessing a person being evicted in a time like this in our history is not a desirable scenario. However, if you do have a place to lay your head, then it says you are highly favored and blessed by the universe. A home is a sacred space that we all must appreciate no matter how big or small it may be.

Remember to take the time out to appreciate the blessings in your life. Things and people can be taken away in a matter of seconds. Appreciating the blessings we have can have a major impact on the way we see things and how we feel. The things that are materialistic can disappear in the blink of an eye. Having a constant appreciation for the things we can not see will only enhance the way we feel and make us all have a deeper appreciation for life. Life is a gift and we all must treat it as a present. Thank you for taking the time to read.

The Universe speaks

I listened to the universe today and I just let go and released everything that was troubling me. Its like an anchor that’s holding me back from my success. The lighter I am the further I will be able to go in life. This is what the universe told me today. Overtime, I have learned to go with my gut and first reaction. It’s generally correct. I don’t have to consult anyone about anything I do. As long as I know its right for me that’s all that matters. I love to be myself and allow others to watch me while I am being the best me I can be without anyone’s permission. Whatever makes me happy. If its sitting around all day, on the weekend relaxing then so be it.

I encourage anyone who is reading this today to be themselves no matter how it makes anyone feel. In life, you have to make yourself happy regardless of the impact it may have on someone. Of course if there are young children involved and lives are at stake then it super important to keep in mind the way things are brought up with them. When it comes to someone who may not be directly affected, but not happy with the choice then it becomes a personal problem. It’s important to remind ourselves that in life there has to be happiness in the simple things. For one, listening to yourself.

As always I want to thank those of you who have taken the time to stop by and read my blog. Even if I help one person its enough for me. Life is as important as the air we breathe. I stand beside, above, and below Simone’s decision to protect herself during a stressful time in her life. She is doing what is best for her in the moment. Her bravery speaks volumes about how much she cares about herself. The mere fact she is able to recognize needing to address herself despite some of the backlash she has received from a SNL comedian is uncalled for. If, in fact he is to blame for the remarks made. I wish her all the best on her recovery in whatever she chooses to do. After all the public is on the sidelines spectating, and she is actually in the Olympics. The public is not having a toll taken on their mind, body, and soul. Simone, I hope you get some much deserved rest and relaxation. I hope you can also rise above any negativity and it is returned to the sender with the speed at which you run on the mat times 10. May all your dreams exceed the level at which you’d hope they’d be.

I can imagine it’s not easy having the weight of the world in every turn, spin and, jump in your step. I pray you recover better than what you were when you heal. Toxic Elimination

Hello all. Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to read my blog. I want to encourage any one who is dealing with any toxic behavior of any kind from any one to limit contact or silently cut them off! Whether it be a parent, family member(s), spouse, lover, child or co-worker to wok on limiting contact with the person or people who are not treating you with the dignity or respect you deserve. This may look like the people or person excluding you on purpose from activities, parties, or leaving you out of the loop of communication all together. Not being happy for your accomplishments, complimenting you, making you listen to their problems but never yours. Over time, these things can effect your well being and cause detrimental harm to your psyche. I urge anyone who is dealing with this to realize you are being presented with examples of a person toxic character and it needs to be taken note of. Everyone does not mean you well or they are making you feel as though you are less than and not good enough to be on this earth or in their presence.

Take the time to address your mental health. Its important to take care of yourself in all facets and make sure you live a long healthy life. Taking care of you should look like you taking time to heal from people who are expecting from you what they are not giving in return yet expecting. This can be mentally, emotionally, and physically draining on anyone. Just think if you give all of yourself to people who are not appreciative or reciprocating can have damaging effects on you doing everything.

I want to suggest to the masses to take care of your mental health as you would your physical, oral, or optical health. Its important to address things when they arise or they will end up addressing you in the future. Let your mental hygiene be so clean it can be smelled from around the corner and influences others to clean theirs up. Elevate

In order to elevate in our lives we must focus on ourselves. Take the time and make time to focus on yourself to elevate your mood. Once you have yourself taken care of do something nice for someone else, or take some time to give someone an hour of your time. It really does make a difference to elevate your mood. It is always a good idea to remain in good spirits. After all, if you have a bad day you have the great memories to draw from to improve your mood.

When you focus on yourself you can take a long bath and allow yourself to take in the ambiance of the candles and the scents of the relaxing bubble bath. Its also important to eat nutritious foods as well as take vitamins. Its super important to take care of yourself now so no one will have to take care of you later. It’s also an excellent idea to focus on yourself by giving yourself a facial or paint your nails, or even give yourself a manicure. Simple things such as that can boost your mood and make you feel better.

When there are children in the picture sometimes people need an hour to themselves to get away, or take care of some business. As a friend if they could use and hour of your time in some kind of way. There are times when some people do not have the luxury to do so o step away. Just giving up an hour of your time for someone else can really help. It can also help you feel better or boost your mood. It always good to be in a good frame of mind to so you can always enjoy the moment.

Take a moment and make a picture for someone. Draw them a portrait of themselves to let them know with a kind gesture that you spent some time doing something meaningful for them. It will really warm their heart as well as yours. Be kind to someone and open the door for them. In traffic, allow a person to turn from the opposite side if they are waiting to do so. You never know how you are helping someone else or what you are doing for them Focus on the good to elevate your mood. As always I want to thank you for taking the time to read.

Accept Thyself

Its taken time for me to just be happy with where I am in my life. No matter where I thought I would be at a given time I have to accept where I am in this moment and be happy with it. I accept the good, bad, and the ugly moments that have happened in my life. If it were not for them I would not be where I am today. I believe all things work together for my good. I decided to start today and develop a new mindset on my own. Accept thyself for where I am today: unapologetically. The thing we all have to do in life is accept who we are and not look for validation from others. Whether it be from a man, woman, or family, the only person who really needs to be okay with you is you. Be happy in the skin you are in.

In accepting myself I decided to be more mindful of what I am doing with my time. I have decided to use a schedule and carve out time where I am pampering myself, working, or even relaxing, just enough to where I feel I have the balance that is tailored to my needs. I am the only one who has to be okay with this. I am the boss of me. It does not matter what anyone has to say about what I do with my time. Just as long as I am happy with me and what I am doing with my time.

In accepting myself, I decided to be happy where I am right now not owning a home or even having a family. Its okay to not have those things, I said to myself. No matter how the world tries to make me feel for not having those things; I’m happy accepting where I am in this life. I am focusing on the things I do have, my health, strength, and my life. With those three things I’m going to use them to the best of my ability. As always I want to thank the readers who took the time out to read my blog. Thank you for your time.

Refreshed Spirit

Thank you to anyone who visited while I took a short break. I am thankful always for the small things in my life. I have my health, strength, and breath in my body to get up and keep going. I will remain grateful for the small things. I am happy to have a roof over my head and be able to be an example to one person and show them the way to having better mental health.

As a human being navigating life its always important to take care of yourself. Its okay to focus on your well-being and not run to anyone’s aid but your own. At some point we have to ask ourselves will the person who’s aid we are running to be there to drop what they are doing to be there for us. If I set a boundary with them and they get upset, so be it. We must use our energy for self preservation. There is nothing wrong with being honest with ourselves to set a boundary. Whether, its limiting contact, or completely cutting the person off. It’s important to set boundaries with others who may or may not respect the property line, fence, or door. Everyone does not learn the same way. Some people do not listen so they may need to be shown that you are serious about setting a boundary by limiting your contact, or not giving details about your personal life, or, just simply not engaging in the negativity when in their presence.

I encourage anyone who is reading to take care of yourself first and worry about the people who are directly affected by your choices after. If it means taking 10 minutes or 10 days if possible to address yourself, then do it to be well so you can keep going. Thank you for taking the time to read this blog. ITY BITY

I am grateful for the small things. I got the message today to put this word out for the people who want to read this. Be grateful and thankful for the small things. For being able to walk, talk, breathe, count, eat, write, or simply that you woke up this morning. I am mostly grateful for the trials and tribulations I have been through in my life. I don’t regret anything I have been through. I am happy I have been able to experience almost every emotion a person can experience.

I am happy to have eaten food today and have a satisfied belly. I now have an attitude of gratitude. I am happy for the small things. I am happy I made it back home from my travels today. I may not have everything but I do have my health and my strength. I am concerned about myself and what I can do for me. I rely on myself to be unapologetically me.

I am here to be myself and no one else. I am happy for the ity bity things and that’s the only attitude I need to have. Thank you for taking the time to read!

Discernment

I want to let anyone know who is reading this blog that its okay to use discernment at all times. Its your birth right to use it at all times. For your emotional and mental well-being, health, choosing friends and taking a break. No matter what it entails, use it to your advantage. When a certain person enters the room, and a feeling overcomes you about them, or when you are not feeling your best self LISTEN to it and address the feelings you may have at the moment. Later on down the line it will show up about the message you downloaded about the person or situation upon meeting them. Our feelings are our guide to get in tune with yourself. Listening to the feelings you have gives you a chance to honor yourself and not care about what others have to say about it. Strengthen your discernment and do not let anyone allow you to dig an early grave for yourself. The bad feeling you may have received about the person, job, or situation was your discernment kicking it to let you know what it needs to. The only thing we have to worry about is what the universe thinks of us. As long as the universe is blessing you there is nothing we have to worry about. The universe is ancient and the wisest living organism. It knows everything and how to give you the blessings you deserve.

Honor thyself with discernment and only do what makes you happy. No one has o be okay with it or live with your choices if it does not directly affect them. Take the high road when making choices. Some people may want to take you down because you may use your discernment to your advantage and they may use it to harm others. If it does not serve you to work in a job where its taking away from you being your best self, take a break and give yourself time to heal or get back to being your best self. Take a much needed vacation. Do whatever is is you need to do. If you need to get away from the toxic people in your family including parents, spouse or friends, devise a plan to do so. If it means protecting you and your well being then do so.

I want to let anyone know who is reading this message, you matter and you deserve to live a life of abundance and love. It first has to be given to you from you in order for you to attract what you deserve from the universe. Take some time for yourself and meditate, sleep, heal, or just clear your mind. Accept Self

I have learned I need to focus on myself and not lend my energy to matters that do not serve me or my energy. I have totally withdrawn from things and people who do not serve my best interest and work against my goals. This hinders my process, progress, and my plan, to do what I need to do for my wellness and well being. The less I worry about the people who do not serve my goals and hinder my process the further I get to accomplishing my goals. I feel a lot better when I do not involve people in my the process to stop my progress. I accept where I am with my life and I go from there. I do not depend on people to pump me up with any type of compliments because I have lived in my body for 38 years and I have been alone enough to have gotten familiar enough with myself to not accept false praise from someone.

I accept not being perfect and to respect myself enough to not be in a situation with a person who infringes upon me. I have to accept when things are not going the way that serves my best interest. I have to look at what is going on around me and move accordingly. I have to accept about myself that I am still learning things about myself as time goes on and I have to use it to my advantage. I love to write more than I speak and I have learned to incorporate the fact that I love to write and do it on a daily basis. It’s not for anyone to accept me. It is up to me to accept myself and not care what others think about me. No matter what happens, I have to always look within and look out for myself. No one is responsible for the decisions I make. People may try to influence me to say they have some kind of influence on my thought process that can be seen as manipulative. It’s up to me to discern these types of people and ward them off.

At some point in our lives we have to accept responsibility and take accountability for who we are. I think its human nature to not take things at face value, even ourselves. Accept yourself and have no cares or worries about what others have to say. I think everything we do in our lives is like a muscle, self esteem, self respect, discernment, and self acceptance. As we get older and some wiser the muscles become stronger or weaker depending on how we use them. I encourage anyone who is reading this to excersize accepting yourself in all areas.
