Walk In Purpose

I am encouraging anyone reading this today to take a step out on faith and believe in yourself. Personally, I never knew what I was capable of until the pressure was applied. I can say, leading up to me saying this I was not doing what I was called here to do. Now I have this blog and I want to reach out to the world to offer services. It can be compared to when you boil a potato, it gets soft. When you boil a coffee bean it stays hard, or when you boil an egg it becomes harder. We all handle pressure differently and it shows up, what we are made out of when pressure is applied.

I have decided that my mission is to be a listening ear to anyone who wants someone to listen. By announcing this, my time is valuable. At this time in my life, I am able to say this and be of service to anyone who needs a listening ear. I discover when I am out in public random people walk up to me and share their problems and they feel much better talking to me once they have shared their story. Press On

In the world of today we face a lot of adversity. It important to take a moment and take care of ourselves. When we get in a place where we get comfortable with our situation and we get complacent with the way things are going. When we are born we are born into the present with gifts. It is up to you to find out what our gifts are and use them the way the creator intended for our abundance. We all have specific gifts and there are things that take place in our lives to see if we have learned our lesson and make it to the next level.

I have learned there are situations we go through in our lives and may happen on a repeat basis. I think these thing happen to see if you have passed the test to see if you are ready to go to the next level and realize your full potential. I have not always felt comfortable enough to write my truth. I have been ushered into my truth because I was living outside of my purpose. I was put on this earth to write and improve the mental hygiene of the world. It is my personal mission to get the world to take notice and improve the hygiene of their mental health.

It is important as people to make the best of our lives and make the most of the things that we are called to do. Our purpose is presented to us in so many ways. In life there are so many things that we go through. It is important to be the best person you can so you can focus on elevating to the next level. I think we are all meant to fly and we can not do so if we are carrying a lot of baggage with us. I encourage any one reading this to press on in your purpose. Thanks for reading.

Take Action

It is important in our lives we take the proper action to make things happen on a daily basis. If we do nothing, then nothing will happen. The saying goes, if you want something for nothing, then you get nothing. If we want things to happen differently in our lives then we must do something different to get different results. Step outside of your comfort zone. Taking small steps can lead to big changes.

I think as a nation we have taken the time to reflect over our lives. There were some things that we may have done in the past that did not get the best results. In order to change those things then something must be done. For example, if you don’t like how you have gained weight during the years or during covid, make small changes to improve the quality of your life. During a commercial on t.v., stand up and move around. Do some squats, push ups, or even challenge yourself to take 100 steps during the commercial break. 2,000 steps equal a mile. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. Besides we have to start somewhere.

Mentally, its important to take care of our mental health. We have to take time out to address situations or even process trauma, and even speak to to our younger selves in order to heal so things do not build up and address us at some point in our lives. To combat against everyday stressors, I like to take a small chunk of my day to meditate. One minute or ten minutes if that is what I have, I use it to take care of me. I also do self check ins periodically to make sure I check on myself to see if I am thirsty, hungry, or just doing okay. I do not depend on anyone to check on me. My first line of checking in is with myself. If I am not there to take care of myself, I am not going to rely on some one to do it for me. I think the way we take care of ourselves signals to other people how well to take care of themselves, and you if they should ever be placed in a situation to do so. I recommend you take care of yourself so you are not placed in a position to have to rely on someone who may be waiting their turn to mistreat you when you are down.

Financially, its important to put money to the side and take advantage of investing oppourtunities whether it be in real estate or investing in your education. Its always a great idea to want better for yourself so you can advance to the next level in your life. It’s like a video game, once you learn the level then you advance to the next one. Or it can be compared to a board game, once you make it around the board then you can pass go and collect $200. I say all this to say, take action in your life. Don’t depend on anyone to do so. Be Kind

As a rule of thumb, being kind to yourself and others is a great way for you to feel better and improve the lives of the people around you. Random kindness can make you feel better and knowing you contributed to the well being of someone else will make you want to do it on a regular basis. Making someone’s day by letting them know you like their shoes or their out fit can be a great start. Not only can you be kind, you can make a day out of it. When going to a restaurant or any where people work for their tips its a good idea to over tip the people who are serving you. If you have your health, life, and strength make sure you properly thank those who made it possible to bring you a meal with their hands and feet. You can pay for the person order behind you in the drive through. Give someone an hour of your time to offer help.

Being kind to yourself is a must when we are dealing with so many demands of the day. Being kind could mean rewarding yourself with a walk in the park, making time for a home cooked meal, drinking half your body weight in ounces of water, meditating for 5 minutes every hour, getting proper rest, or even just doing nothing. All the above contributes to our overall mental health. Taking care of our mental health is super important. Incorporating any one of the kindness activities can make you feel great about yourself. Its like throwing a stone into the water causing a ripple effect. One change can inspire others to do so.

Another way we can be kind to ourselves is taking ourselves out of unhealthy situations that are not good for our mental health. Over time being around people who cause us to doubt our reality by gas lighting, or so called friends and family who hate or don’t give encouragement, sympathy, or compliments can play a major role on our mental health over time if not addressed in a timely manner. Time is not renewable so use it wisely. Thank you for reading and being selfish if it means taking care of you!

Be Thyself

There is only one you in this world. Only one copy of you. I strongly suggest for anyone reading this to be yourself. No matter what anyone may say behind your back, within earshot, or in your face, be yourself. I think as people we are reminded on a daily basis to be cookie cutters. Be unique and don’t care about what other people have to say about you. It just may mean that the very people who have something to say about you being yourself, may not be brave enough to be themselves. I encourage anyone reading this to be themselves and embrace the fact if you have haters. As a rule of thumb you should have more haters as the years go by. You are not doing something right if you don’t have haters. God had haters! There is only one person in the world who has your unique set of gifts. Embrace the gifts that you have and share them with the world. If you are in the present moment which is a gift, keyword present then you are here for a reason to share your gifts. I know that the gift I have for my readers tonight is to share this message.

I was granted with the gift of another day, so I had to take a moment and give thanks to the higher powers for making it possible for me to do so. I have to always give props when they are due. It is always important to give thanks to the most high for the simple things like giving you breath, sight, and the gift of feelings. I have no choice to surrender my thoughts and feelings to the most high. In my own experience, I have been ushered to surrender my thoughts to the universe. Its the oldest and smartest organism on the earth. If you sit outside and observe nature you can learn a lot.

My heart gave me this post today and I wanted to remind others to be themselves no matter what anyone has to say about it. It pays to be kind and show love to the things and the people on the earth that are doing good things. Good energy follows good energy. Plant a seed everyday and you will reap the harvest when it comes. No one can tell you how to be but you. Be you all day everyday until you upset people for not being what they want you to be. Push Through

I got a sudden urge to put this out today. I have heard p.u.s.h means pray until something happens. I don’t know who needs to hear this today but I wanted to write about it today. Although things in my life are going well. It could be seen as a mess to someone else. I know I woke up this morning. I could walk, talk, and breathe. I am happy for the simple things. There were some people who did not get the gift to wake up this morning, and be granted a new day. I got the urge to type this message for anyone who is willing to read it.

I prayed about the toxic people in my family in order for the situation to change. I realized there was no hope for people who were not going to actively change themselves. I had to focus my good praying energy on myself and preserve my prayers for the things that mattered to me and would benefit the universe. Not people who were doing toxic things to people who live in the universe.

At this time in my life, I can honestly say I have felt closer to the universe when I have had a so called bad day because it let me know that through it all the oldest living organism on the earth, the universe is here for me. My faith became stronger when things did not quite work out the way I wanted them to. I look forward to when things go wrong because that is when your faith is really tested to see how strong it really is. At the new test of my faith, I remained calm and new deep down inside that I did not need to worry about anything. The simple emotion of a worry does not leave any room for the thing worried about to be taken care of. Energetically speaking, the problem or worry can not be handled if ones time is spent worrying. As humans its not our job to worry. It’s our job to pray over it and let it go. Stop worrying and start living. I pray that anyone who reads this will let their mind and spirit sync up with their heart. To all be well. Thank you for reading.

Say Less

It takes a lot of energy to explain things to people who may not be listening. It’s always a good idea to remain calm and allow your smile to do the talking for you. Say less and get some rest is important for everyone’s mental health. The less I say the better I feel, personally. Talking lowers my vibration. It does not take a lot of convincing if you can read a person through their actions. Like the saying goes, actions speak louder than words. You can tell a lot about a person by the way they treat you. If you feel in your heart of hearts a person does not have your best interest at heart, then your feelings have intuitively guided you to the right conclusion. The answer to how you feel may lead you to limit your contact from that person or just stay away from then all together.

Mental heath needs to be taken care of in all aspects. Meaning who you hang around, watch on television, read, make your money, and do in your spare time. The mind needs to be watered so to speak. It means it needs time to cleanse itself, reboot and process and make connections. The brain works a lot like a computer. It needs to be cleaned and shut down to work efficiently and properly.

Sleep is also important for your brain to work effectively. Getting the proper amount of rest helps your brain to work correctly. It helps you to remember, focus and concentrate on everyday task one needs to do in order to function. Some days your body may need a lot of rest in order to catch up on the rest you may have been lost or was not continuous from getting up to use the bathroom or not being able to get to sleep.

No one needs to explain why they are taking a nap in the middle of the day. After all ones mental health is a priority that needs to be addressed in all aspects. If it means taking a nap in the middle of the day so you can do more through out the day then so be it. Say less and get some rest. Thank you for reading.

The only limits are the ones placed on me by myself. If I allow myself to believe the things that others try to put in my head, its my own fault. I can not allow others to control me or my time when it comes to defining my destiny. Time is granted to those who are deserving and who have missions to carry out. If I believe I have a mission to carry out then I have a strong belief and desire to do so. There have been so many instances where people, mainly family, and people who call themselves friends have tried to place limits on me and my life because they were not comfortable with my success. As I have been on my journey, to tapping in to my potential there have been a lot of people who have tried to hold me back from discovering who I am because it scares them who I am at this point. I have learned to have an eagle mentality and fly above the clouds when there is a storm and allow the wind to carry me through so I can be on auto pilot above the rain. I am glad I went through everything I have had to endure to get the point where I am today because it has taught me valuable lessons in how I value my time and the people who I hang around. I have learned just because I meet people along the way to get me to a certain point, I have to remember either I met them for a reason season or a lifetime.

I find that people who don’t know me very well will have a crab in a barrel mentality if they can sense or smell like I am a

going further than they are. I feel as though I experienced this at a fortune builders workshop. The lady who told me about it was late arriving. I had done a nice thing for her and saved her a seat. By sitting next to me she was distracting me by trying to engage me in conversation when I was trying to listen to the speaker. I was trying to learn valuable information to change my circumstances. At that moment, I felt as though she was not taking the workshop seriously. It felt as though she wanted to go through the motions and appear to others as though she was taking it seriously. Top top if off, her daughter was sitting with us and she was listening to an online class on speaker phone while the speaker was talking. This highly annoyed me while I was trying to pay attention. It caused me to concentrate harder on the speaker and block out the other noises. It made me see that the people who had told me about the workshop were not respectful of other peoples time or the rules and made me reconsider partnering with them. I didn’t really want to have to deal with the unprofessionalism of it all. To me, it said it would spill over into the business and cause me to work harder. Not to mention, I forwarded her the emails about the workshop that she did not read. I had to tell her where the class was going to be. I have decided at this point, I am not going to put myself through this with people who are going through the motions. She has shown me with serval of her actions she is trying to lead me in a direction I do not want to go. With that being said I don’t allow people to slow down my process or stop my progress. Power Down To Power Up

I had to shut down so I could recharge my whole body to work efficiently. I work like a phone or a tv that needs to be shut down if there has been no activity or its been on too long. My batteries needed to be recharged. I had to get my mind together so it could be recharged to work at maximum capacity. My body lets me know I need to do this when I start to feel a little sluggish and I need to shut myself down for upgrades and downloads.

First off, I do an evaluation of all the negative energy I feel like is surrounding me. This is a spot where I need to eliminate all negative energy that exsist around me to clear a channel for good things to come in. It can compared to cleaning up your home so you can think better. That way there is no clutter to get rid of because you have cleared the space or energy for good things to come into your home. I have to detach from people and things so I can remove the energy or things surrounding me that does not appreciate me or trying to use me for what I have. I have been shown in several instances where people need to be removed from my immediate circle so I can have good clean fresh energy around me. The more I do this the better become.

It took me some time to get to this point where I was able to remove people and things from my life that were not there to appreciate me. I found myself not being appreciated by people who were in my immediate space. I had to be shown time and time again that the people who were close to me where not there to appreciate my presence but to make me feel less than. I had to be a taken to a really low valley to see and feel these people where not there to appreciate anything about me but to use me for what they felt they could. I had all my power snatched away until I was down to zero and fully depleted to innerstand myself and my power. Also, I had to really see who was there to bottom feed from me while I was at my lowest point.

I realized I had to use that very low valley in my life as my testimony to share with the world, greatness can come from darkness. As long as I believed in myself there was nothing that anyone could tell me that the higher power in myself would not illuminate as time goes on. I am thankful to all my haters for showing me my greatness. This includes family, old friends, past and present co workers.
